DOT deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily disabled starting November 4 at 4:00 AM UTC+8 due to network maintenance on Polkadot. Trading for DOT remains available. Deposits and withdrawals will resume once the network stabilizes. Time of resolution is currently unknown.

In addition, WILD deposits and trading have been suspended due to a significant price drop caused by a flash crash issue. Withdrawals for WILD remain available. Updates will be provided as the situation develops.

Update (November 17, 2025)

Following Polkadot’s successful upgrade to its new Asset Hub, Freedx will reopen DOT deposits and withdrawals on November 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM (UTC+8).

Trading of DOT tokens and trading pairs such as DOT/USDT remain unaffected as the blockchain upgrade only impacts external transfers.
