These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the campaigns of Freedx (“Freedx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By participating in the campaigns, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and our General Terms and Conditions .
Freedx may modify the Terms without prior notice, so it is recommended that you always refer to the specific campaign terms.
Participation in the campaigns may be subject to local laws and regulations. Freedx does not guarantee that access to the campaigns is lawful or appropriate in all jurisdictions. We may restrict or prohibit participation where required by law, sanctions, or our internal compliance policies.

1.1 All registered users of Freedx who have successfully completed their identity verification process will be eligible to participate in the campaigns. Freedx employees are not eligible to participate in the campaigns.
1.2 Participation in any campaign is void where prohibited by law. Freedx does not offer or intend to make available the campaigns in jurisdictions where such participation would be unlawful under applicable laws, including financial promotions, securities, or consumer protection laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
1.3 Where feasible, Freedx may implement reasonable measures, such as KYC-based eligibility checks or IP / geolocation-based controls, to reduce the risk of participation by users in prohibited jurisdictions. However, Freedx makes no guarantee that such measures will prevent all forms of access and disclaims all liability arising from unauthorized or unlawful participation.
1.4 Freedx reserves the right to deny participation to any user, at any time, based on regulatory or compliance considerations, or internal risk assessment.

2.1 Rewards may vary depending on the campaign you participate in. You may find the participation requirements and other specifics in the description of each campaign.
2.2 Rewards may include but are not limited to:
I) Welcome or sign-up rewards;
II) referral or affiliate rewards;
III) airdrop;
IV)campaign-based rewards, and more.
2.3 Rewards offered under the campaigns may not accumulate over time. All rewards are subject to expiration, forfeiture or cancellation as outlined in these Terms or as determined by Freedx in its sole discretion.

3.1 We reserve the right to immediately disqualify you from the campiagn if you:
I) breach these Terms, our General Terms and Conditions, or the terms of the specific campaign;
II) misuse the campaign as we may reasonably determine in our sole discretion;
III) use automated tools, bots, multiple accounts or devices to farm rewards, fictitious identities or third-party credentials, other fraudulent mechanisms, attempt to evade KYC/AML checks, engage in any cheating activities or conduct that we deem manipulative or abusive;
IV) provide inaccurate, incomplete or not current information;
V) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3.2 In cases specified in Clause 3.1, all rewards earned through any campaign will be forfeited, and your participation will be terminated. We also reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or offset any rewards granted under the campaign that were obtained in violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Where rewards have not yet been distributed, Freedx may refuse to credit or deliver such rewards. Where rewards have already been distributed, Freedx may suspend your access to further campaigns or apply offsets against future rewards or account balances, to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform functionality. For rewards maintained in custodial wallets managed by Freedx, we may take actions to reverse, restrict, or reclaim rewards in accordance with our internal policies and applicable laws
3.3 Freedx may, in addition to the actions listed in Clause 3.2 above, take appropriate administrative and/or legal action

4.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEDX, ITS AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, JOINT VENTURERS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGNS, INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION OR USE OF ANY REWARDS.
4.2 WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU HEREBY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT FREEDX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO (I) ANY INACCURACY, DEFECT OR OMISSION OF DATA, OR ANY ERROR, DELAY OR INTERRUPTION IN THE TRANSMISSION OF SUCH DATA; (II) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MALFUNCTIONS, GLITCHES, BUGS, VIRUSES, ERRORS OR INACCURACIES OF ANY KIND IN OUR WEBSITES, SOFTWARE, SYSTEMS OPERATED BY US OR ON OUR BEHALF.
4.3 FREEDX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR REDUCTION IN VALUE OF ANY REWARD DISTRIBUTED UNDER THE CAMPAIGNS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE FLUCTUATIONS IN THE MARKET VALUE OF DIGITAL ASSETS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE VALUE OF ANY REWARD AT THE TIME OF QUALIFICATION MAY DIFFER FROM ITS VALUE AT THE TIME OF DISTRIBUTION OR REDEMPTION DUE TO THE INHERENT VOLATILITY OF DIGITAL ASSET PRICES.
4.4 FREEDX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAYS, FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE OR INTERRUPTION OF CAMPAIGNS WHICH RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY CAUSE OR CONDITION BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SIGNIFICANT MARKET VOLATILITY, ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF TERRORISTS, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, WARS, STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR DISPUTES, FIRES, INTERRUPTIONS IN TELECOMMUNICATION OR INTERNET SERVICES OR NETWORK PROVIDER SERVICES, FAILURES OF EQUIPMENT AND/OR SOFTWARE, PANDEMICS, OTHER CATASTROPHES, OR ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES WHICH ARE BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL AND SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY REMAINING PROVISIONS.
4.5 NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
4.6 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEDX’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CAMPAIGNS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE SPECIFIC REWARD TO WHICH THE CLAIM RELATES, OR USD 100 (OR THE EQUIVALENT VALUE IN DIGITAL ASSETS), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

5.1 You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other liabilities arising out of your receipt of any rewards. Freedx does not provide tax advice and encourages you to consult with a qualified tax professional regarding your specific circumstances.
5.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freedx, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
I) your participation in the campaigns;
II) your breach of these Terms, the General Terms and Conditions, or any applicable laws or regulations;
III) your misuse of the campaigns, including through fraud, impersonation, or abuse of any promotional mechanism;
IV) any claim or investigation by a regulatory authority or third party arising from your conduct in connection with the campaigns.

6.1 Freedx may, in its sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice, take any of the following actions with respect to any campaign, including but not limited to:
I) Determining the form, value, and timing of the distribution of any reward;
II) increasing or decreasing the number of rewards awarded within a specific campaign;
III) increasing or decreasing the number of rewards that a participant of the campaign may earn;
IV) restricting, modifying, or canceling any reward;
V) modifying the terms of participation in any campaign, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting rewards;
VI) changing or terminating any campaign which may result in the cancellation of unredeemed rewards.
6.2 Freedx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the campaigns following any changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
6.3 Where material changes are made, Freedx may notify participants through reasonable means such as in-platform messages or email, where practicable.

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of El Salvador.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the campaigns shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in our General Terms and Conditions.
7.3 Freedx does not operate or offer the campaigns in jurisdictions where such programs are prohibited or may require specific licensing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation does not breach local laws. Freedx does not guarantee the legal status of the campaigns in your jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with Freedx’s General Terms and Conditions and any campaign-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Freedx with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all prior discussions, agreements and understandings of any kind between you and Freedx. Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision of these Terms.
