The Freedx Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions form a binding Agreement between you and Freedx. The Agreement applies to your participation in the Freedx Affiliate Program (“Program”). If you are participating or registering on behalf of a business, then the term “you” means such business, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to this Agreement. In this Agreement, “Freedx”, “we”, or “us” means Freedx, S.A. de C.V., a company incorporated in El Salvador with Registration Number 11 of book 4900, and Registered Address at Avenida La Revolución, Plaza Presidente, Local 12, Colonia San Benito, San Salvador, San Salvador Centro, El Salvador.

By participating or registering to participate in the Program, or otherwise indicating your acceptance of this Agreement (such as by clicking a button or checking a box on a web page), you agree to this Agreement, which may be amended from time to time by Freedx, including the terms set out in the Freedx Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all other related documents which are incorporated and form part of the Terms, including but not limited to the Freedx Privacy Policy, (collectively, “Program Terms”).

All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the definitions set forth in the Terms.
