Quiz Show by Freedx Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your (“Contestant”, “you”, “your”) participation in the quiz show (the “Show”) organized by Freedx, S.A. de C.V. (“Freedx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By participating in the Show, you agree to be bound by these Terms and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements contained in these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements under these Terms, you should not participate in the Show.

Freedx does not guarantee that access to the Show is lawful or appropriate in all jurisdictions. We may restrict or limit participation where required by law, sanctions, or our internal policies. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation does not breach local laws.

Eligibility

  • Participation is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years old and is not a national or does not reside in the United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, or in any other jurisdiction where such participation would be contrary to local laws and jurisdictions.
  • Freedx will require proof of age, identity, and residence to confirm your eligibility for participation in the Show.
  • Freedx employees are not eligible to participate in the Show.
  • You are advised to check our Website and social media channels for information regarding the Show dates and participation details.
  • Freedx reserves the right to deny participation to any Contestant, at any time, based on regulatory or compliance considerations, or internal risk assessment.

Participation Rules

  • For the selection of the Contestant, a question will be posted on our live channel “Twitch”.
  • The first participant who answers the question correctly will be chosen to participate in the Show. In case of a tie, Freedx will determine the winner in its sole and absolute discretion.
  • Once the Contestant is selected, they will receive a calling link to join the live stream of the Show from their laptop or smartphone.
  • The Contestant shall provide a quick look-around of the room to ensure that no cheating occurs during the quiz.
  • The Contestant is required to turn on their video camera prior to the start of the Show and enable screen recording.
  • The Contestant shall stand in front of the camera at all times, with their hands visible and not holding any electronic devices.
  • The Contestant shall not use their smartphone or access the Internet for any purpose other than to participate in the Show.

Quiz Rules and Prizes

  • Each quiz consists of 15 multiple-choice questions, with the level of complexity increasing progressively throughout the Show. The questions will cover general knowledge topics. Each question must be answered within a maximum period of 60 seconds.
  • The Contestant is required to answer each question correctly to proceed to the next question. Any incorrect answer shall result in the disqualification of the Contestant.
  • Points are awarded for correct answers based on accuracy and speed.
  • Any Contestant who answers any of the first 5 questions incorrectly shall be disqualified from the Show without entitlement to any prize. However, Freedx may, in its sole and absolute discretion, award the Contestant with a VIP-level upgrade or a zero-fee withdrawal bonus provided the Contestant is a registered user of Freedx, or subsequently registers and successfully completes their KYC identification on the Freedx Platform.
  • The Contestant who answers the first 5 questions correctly but is disqualified before reaching the 10th question will receive a prize of 500 USDT.
  • The Contestant who answers the first 10 questions correctly but is subsequently disqualified due to an incorrect answer will receive a prize of 3,000 USDT.
  • The Contestants who successfully answers all 15 questions correctly shall win a prize of 15,000 USDT.
  • Freedx’s decision as to the winners and prizes awarded is final.
  • Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and will be distributed to the Contestant’s designated digital wallet address within 5 business days upon following the announcement of the results and conclusion of the Show.
  • You hereby agree to be recorded during the Show and grant Freedx a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to use your name, image and video content on our website and social media channels.

Disqualification

  • breach these Terms;
  • misuse the Show as Freedx may reasonably determine in its discretion;
  • use fictitious or third-party identities, fraudulent mechanisms, engage in any cheating activities;
  • display offensive, abusive or any kind of conduct that Freedx may deem manipulative or abusive;
  • provide inaccurate, incomplete or not current information;
  • violate any applicable laws or regulations.

In cases specified in Clause 3.1, all prizes earned through the Show will be forfeited, and your participation will be terminated. Freedx also reserves the right to cancel or suspend any prizes granted through the Show in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Freedx may, in addition to the actions listed in Clause 3.2 above, take appropriate administrative and/or legal action.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Show, including but not limited to questions, graphics, and designs, is the property of Freedx or its licensors.

You may not use, display, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or otherwise use any part of the Show without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEDX, ITS AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, JOINT VENTURERS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW, INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION OR USE OF ANY PRIZES.

THE SHOW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FREEDX DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURE, MALFUNCTION, ERROR, OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOW.

FREEDX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAYS, FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE OR INTERRUPTION OF THE SHOW WHICH RESULT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY CAUSE OR CONDITION BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SIGNIFICANT MARKET VOLATILITY, ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF TERRORISTS, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, WARS, STRIKES OR OTHER LABOR DISPUTES, FIRES, INTERRUPTIONS IN TELECOMMUNICATION OR INTERNET SERVICES OR NETWORK PROVIDER SERVICES, FAILURES OF EQUIPMENT AND/OR SOFTWARE, PANDEMICS, OTHER CATASTROPHES, OR ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES WHICH ARE BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL AND SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY REMAINING PROVISIONS.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEDX’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SHOW, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE MONETARY VALUE OF THE SPECIFIC PRIZE TO WHICH THE CLAIM RELATES, OR USD 100 (OR THE EQUIVALENT VALUE IN DIGITAL ASSETS), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

Data Protection

Personal data collected for the purpose of participation in the Show will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modification and Termination

Freedx may, in its sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice, take any of the following actions with respect to the Show, including but not limited to:

  • determining the form, value, and timing of the distribution of prizes;
  • increasing or decreasing the number of prizes awarded;
  • increasing or decreasing the number of prizes that a Contestant may earn;
  • restricting, modifying, or canceling any prize;
  • modifying the terms of participation in the Show, rules for earning, retaining, redeeming, or forfeiting prizes;
  • changing or terminating the Show which may result in the cancellation of unredeemed prizes.

Freedx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting them on the Website. Your continued participation in the Show following the changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of El Salvador.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Show in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures contained in our General Terms and Conditions.
