Freedx Launch Campaign Terms and Conditions The Freedx Launch Campaign will reward the first 100,000 users of Freedx. The campaign will commence on 4 August 2025 at 00:00 UTC+4 and conclude once 100,000 users have registered or upon termination by Freedx at its sole discretion. To participate in the campaign, users must register on the Freedx platform, successfully complete their identity verification (KYC), and meet one of the following trading requirements: Trade an incremental amount of $500 in spot, or Trade an incremental amount of $5,000 in futures Such trades must be completed within the 48-hour period immediately preceding the time a milestone is reached. Qualifying trades must be incremental within this window. Freedx will not provide advance notice of milestone achievement. Users are responsible for monitoring campaign progress. Freedx employees are not eligible to participate in the Freedx Launch Campaign. The Freedx Launch Campaign has a total rewards pool of $3.3M. The total amount of rewards for each milestone is up to $500,000. Each qualified user will receive a milestone reward, with the amount varying up to $365. In addition to the cohort milestone rewards distributed to all qualified users at each major milestone (e.g. 100, 500, 1,000, 2,500, etc.), additional milestone bonuses may be applied at Freedx’s discretion and are subject to change. The rewards are cumulative, allowing qualified users to continue earning at each milestone. Qualified users are eligible for future milestone rewards, regardless of the milestone during which they joined. Every time a milestone is reached, all qualified users are distributed the milestone reward. Rewards may be distributed in USDT or in alternative forms, including Freedx Money credits redeemable against trading fees, at Freedx’s discretion. General Terms and Conditions Any issues not regulated under the Freedx Launch Campaign Terms shall be regulated by The Hub Terms and Conditions. Freedx reserves the right to amend the Freedx Launch Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Freedx will endeavor to provide you with notice of material changes, where practicable. Freedx reserves the right to deny participation to any user, at any time, based on regulatory or compliance considerations, or internal risk assessments. Where feasible, Freedx may implement reasonable measures, such as KYC-based eligibility checks or IP / geolocation-based controls, to reduce the risk of participation by users in prohibited jurisdictions. However, Freedx makes no guarantee that such measures will prevent all forms of access and disclaims all liability arising from unauthorized or unlawful participation. Freedx may disqualify the users from the rewards and terminate participation in cases specified in The Hub Terms and Conditions.
